On behalf of the Saudi General Surgery Society, it is my great honor to welcome you to the 16th Saudi General Surgery Society Congress, which will be held from April 25-27, 2025, at the JW Marriott Hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This Congress will cover a wide range of topics, focusing on the latest updates in the field of surgery.
Our distinguished speakers, who come from various regions across Saudi Arabia and internationally, will share their invaluable scientific and surgical expertise. They will update us on the latest advances in surgery and lead engaging discussions on key topics and debates.
This year, we are particularly excited to announce that the Congress will host the first-ever meeting of Gulf Surgical Societies and Associations, in addition to the participation of over 10 surgical associations and groups.
The SGSS 16th Congress has been officially approved by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. In addition, several surgical workshops designed for surgeons and trainees will take place on Friday, April 25, 2025, ahead of the main Congress.
