Objectives
Demonstrate skills in surgical skills handling.
Illustrate skills of sutures: Interrupted, continuous, the art of assisting, mattress, subcuticular.
Explain the principle of support and strengthen wounds until healing increases their tensile strength.
Apply the skill of approximation of skin edges for an aesthetically pleasing and functional result.
Use skills of wound closure to minimize the risks of bleeding and infection.
