Dr Fayyaz Mazari is an Oncoplastic Breast and General Surgeon who trained and practiced in United Kingdom. He holds a double Masters in Health Research and Oncoplastic Breast Surgery and a PhD in Vascular Surgery. He has extensive experience of research in Surgical Sciences with several national and international presentations and over 100 peer reviewed publications with shared authorship in landmark papers in Breast, General and Vascular Surgery. He held the National Oncoplastic Fellowship at the Nottingham Breast Institute before taking up Consultant Position at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust where he was Clinical Lead for Risk Governance, Outcomes and COVID response planning. He was appointed as Consultant at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center Madinah to establish the Oncoplastic Breast Surgery Department in 2021. He has started and established new surgical services in UK and in Saudi Arabia related to advanced breast conserving techniques, implant and autologous reconstructions, minimally invasive breast surgery, developmental breast deformity and extreme Oncoplastic surgery. He currently chairs the Research Governance Committee and is an approved trainer for post graduate residency and fellowship programs in Oncopolastic Breast and General Surgery.

Dr. Saud Alturki, FRCS, ODTS FACS is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon and distinguished healthcare leader whose career spans more than three decades across clinical practice, national trauma education, academic leadership, and the transformation of medical training through technology.
Since 1991, he has served as Chairman of the Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) National Office in Saudi Arabia, where he standardized trauma care training nationwide. As the inaugural Region 17 Chief of the American College of Surgeons (MENA), he directed trauma education initiatives across more than 20 countries, establishing a regional framework for surgical and trauma standards.
Dr. Alturki has also shaped academic medicine as Executive Director of Academic Affairs at King Abdulaziz Medical City, Riyadh, overseeing curriculum development, accreditation, and faculty advancement at one of the Kingdom’s leading tertiary institutions.
In 2018, he founded the Academy of Sciences, now recognized as a premier institute for advanced medical education, certification, and research.
