أهداف الفعالية

  • Operate the ultrasound machine, understanding the setup required to perform the FAST exam, the startup of the machine, choosing the correct probe, and setting the correct exam.
  • Apply the correctly chosen probe and setup to the patient in order to get the standard views required in the FAST exam.
  • Interpret the findings conveyed by images brought about by the ultrasound.
  • Deduce the correct diagnosis or differential diagnosis based on the proper interpretation of the images acquired by the FAST exam.
  • Realize the strengths and weaknesses of the FAST exam performed to avoid any possible resulting improper patient management.
